Fill Dirt & Topsoil
Fill dirt fills in a large dip or hole, or changes the elevation or slope of a landscape. Topsoil comes from the last few inches near the top of the soil and is typically free of large rocks and debris.
A-3 • Concrete • Paver • Screening
Sand
A-3 sand, concrete sand, paver sand, and screening sand for concrete mixes, pipe bedding, paver patios and walkways, setting flagstone, leveling, and free-draining fill.
Roads & Parking Base
Base Rock
A dense blend of both fine and coarse aggregate. Typically used in establishing or refilling a roadway or parking area, and as a solid base under driveways and pads.

Bank run shell (dirt, shell rock, clay and sand with great drainage for road and parking lot bases), washed shell in 3 sizes for driveways and paths, and FDOT shell base screened to spec for roadways.

#89 pea-size stone for driveways, drainage, irrigation and concrete or asphalt mix, plus rip rap in multiple sizes: large armor stone that protects shorelines, seawalls, culverts and retention ponds from erosion.

Standard hot asphalt for everything from road construction and parking lots to pathways, plus recycled millings, a popular gravel alternative for parking lots, driveways and roads.

Fill Dirt / Sand / Shell
- Fill DirtFills a large dip or hole in the ground; also useful for changing the elevation or “slope” of a natural landscape.
- TopsoilComes from (and is placed on) the last few inches near the top of the soil. Unlike fill dirt, it’s typically free of large rocks and debris.
- A-3 SandBlow sand, some beach sands, or river sand with little to no gravel content. Relatively durable and drains freely.
- Screening SandCoarse-grained mix of sand and gravel. Typically used to set flagstone and other stepping stones.
- Paver SandAnother coarse-grained sand useful for projects like paver patios, walkways, and more.
- Concrete SandOften made of granite, gneiss, or limestone and highly versatile. Drains well; used in asphalt or cement mixes, leveling, and keeping pipes and stones in place.
- Concrete FinesA sustainable alternative to natural stone-based aggregates, recycled from concrete.
Rock Aggregates
- #89 StoneMuch smaller (“pea-size”) than #57 stone. Used for driveways, concrete/asphalt mix, irrigation, or as a top layer on gravel roads.
- Base RockA dense blend of both fine and coarse aggregate. Typically used in establishing or refilling a roadway or parking area.
- Rip RapLarge aggregate used as a breakwater to reduce scouring or erosion of shorelines and structures. Multiple sizes available.
Shell-Based Aggregates
- Bank Run ShellMade up of dirt, shell rock, clay, and sand. Great drainage for road projects, parking lot bases, and more.
- Washed ShellShells varying from small to large (3 sizes available). A sustainable, free-draining alternative to gravel or stone for driveways and paths.
- FDOT Shell BaseMade of shell rock and screened to meet FDOT spec; commonly used for roadways and parking areas.
